KOA series centrifugal air compressors change the kinetic energy to the increasing pressure of the air. When the impeller rotates, the blades drive the air to rotate, and under the action of centrifugal force, the air gains kinetic energy and enters the stator part. Through the diffuser in the stator, whose flow area gradually increases, the kinetic energy of the air is converted into the required air pressure. Then the air is compressed.

The surface hardness of diffuser can reach HV1300 for MA treating method is adopted, and its life span expands 3 times.

How do Rotary Screw Air Compressors Work？

Rotary screw air compressor working principle is :The spiral rotor groove is filled with gas as it passes through the suction port,when the rotor rotates, the rotor groove is closed by the wall of the casing, forming a compression chamber, when the rotor groove is closed, the lubricating oil is sprayed into the compression chamber to seal and cool. When the rotor rotates and compresses the oil-gas mixture, the volume of the compression chamber decreases and the oil-gas mixture is compressed towards the exhaust port. When the compression chamber reach to the exhaust port, the oil and gas mixture from the compressor discharge, complete a suction – compression – exhaust process.
