High-pressure Section-reliable Single-screw Air End
No leakage triangle, volumetric efficiency is greater than 90%, higher efficiency, single-stage compression ratio under normal pressure is as high as 30.
The dynamic balance of the meshing pair is better, which makes the bearingsand other components have a longer life, and makes the vibration and noise of the whole machine smaller.
The star wheel is made of special rare materials with better mechanical properties, and precise processing technology reduces vibration and wear.
The high-precision manufacturing and processing of the single-screw air end shell in the high-pressure section enables it to withstand pressures up to 70bar.
The PM VSD motor is combined with vector frequency conversion technology to accurately adjust the speed and compression ratio, and the voltage adjustment range can reach 2.5~5.0MPa.
Constant Pressure Air Supply
Frequency conversion control can instantly respond to changes in air volume used by customers, and the air supply pressure fluctuation is stable below ±0.1kg/cm2.
There is no 1~2kg/cm2 setting required for the empty-to-weight difference of traditional air compressors.
High-Efficiency Two-Stage Compression Air End
➱The two compression stages are driven by precise gears, so that the rotor of each stage of compression unit can obtain the ideal linear speed, making the air compressor have better energy efficiency.
➱Mist cold oil is sprayed between the first and secondary air end for intermediate cooling. The optimized flow channel design allows the compressed air to pass through with almost zero loss, significantly improving efficiency.
➱The entire series comes standard with permanent magnet variable frequency motors, combined with vector frequencyconversion technology, to precisely sense changes in air volume demand and adjust speed, making it more efficient and energy-saving.
➱The normal pressure section will produce first compressed air with a pressure of 6 bar. After oil and gas separation and cooler, it passes through the standard external freeze dryer and then enters the high pressure section for compression.
The compression process in the normal pressure section is closer to ideal isothermal compression, the compression efficiency is higher.
