KAD Series Refrigerated Air Dryers

KAD Series refrigerated air dryer cooling system use forced ventilation system for cooling, it’s easy to install and maintain, with low operation cost, suitable for the conditions with comfortable environment temperature and good ventilation. Especially suitable for the areas free of water or short of water resources. The KAD Series refrigerated air dryer use a high quality fan motor, mostly applied to the low load and movable situations, which are largely influenced by the environment temperature.

KAD Series refrigerated air dryer accept inlet temperature up to 85℃(Optional 45℃), and can reduce the pressure dew point of compressed air to 2℃ – 10℃(Optional 3-5℃). The compressed air treatment capacity range is 1.2-160Nm3/min, which is suitable for various fields and industrial occasions such medical, pharmaceutical, chemistry, and electronics. Refrigerants: R22, R134a, R407c, R410a. Kotech optimized design can significantly save up to 80% of energy for KAD Series refrigerated air dryer, while greatly increasing its lifespan.

How do Rotary Screw Air Compressors Work？

Rotary screw air compressor working principle is :The spiral rotor groove is filled with gas as it passes through the suction port,when the rotor rotates, the rotor groove is closed by the wall of the casing, forming a compression chamber, when the rotor groove is closed, the lubricating oil is sprayed into the compression chamber to seal and cool. When the rotor rotates and compresses the oil-gas mixture, the volume of the compression chamber decreases and the oil-gas mixture is compressed towards the exhaust port. When the compression chamber reach to the exhaust port, the oil and gas mixture from the compressor discharge, complete a suction – compression – exhaust process.
