How bearing inside airend working. （Lubricating） ?

In the whole system, The lubrication water (soft water) will be used. So the lubrication water quality is very important if water quality provided by client is not good, it will harm to our compressor service life.

we can provide the water filtering system together with our compressor, it can change the tap water to soft water. The red one is the bearing that need the lubricated grease. We’ll seal it with a shaft seal.

This 4 Bearing lubrication with water?

Yes, Adoption of the water lubrication principle. If it is small power compressor, it is Ceramic Bearings that need lubricated water. But if big power, it needs the lubricated grease.And normally we use the shaft seal to seal them. And keep it away from the air compressor internal system and ensure 100% oil free Inside the compressor.
