PSI (Pounds per Square Inch) is a unit of pressure that is widely used in engineering, automotive industry and other fields. It is mainly used to measure the pressure of pipelines, tanks, gas cylinders, and tires. Especially in car maintenance, monitoring tire pressure is crucial to ensure driving safety and tire performance.
In the International System of Units, the conversion relationship between PSI and Pascal (Pa) is 1 PSI is approximately equal to 6894.757 Pa.
What is Bar?
Bar is a commonly used unit of pressure, derived from a part of the International System of Units (SI), and is commonly used in industry and engineering. The pressure unit Bar(wiki) comes from the Greek word “bรกros“, which means weight.
