Technical Characteristics:

The power system of screw booster is directly driven by an efficient diesel engine. The entire system is installed on a skid-mounted base and has the advantages of light weight, complete protection, safety and reliability. It has many advantages over traditional reciprocating superchargers in terms of efficiency, reliability, operational flexibility, low vibration, compact size, lower exhaust temperature and lower maintenance cost.

Compression features:

The screw booster air compressor increases the pressure of compressed air from low pressure to the required high pressure through multi-stage compression. Why is the compressor + supercharger combination the preferred solution? Because it is more energy-efficient and cost-effective.

By using already compressed air, the difference between the inlet and outlet pressures is less than when starting from ambient air. This results in better performance and energy efficiency. The compressor and supercharger also provide greater flexibility.

The screw booster air compressor runs smoothly, has low noise and excellent performance. At the same time, the connection with the supercharger is a fully enclosed structure, which helps to reduce the mechanical operation noise.

Intelligent controller:

The electrical cabinet is integrated with a touch screen that controls and displays the compressor parameters. Diesel engine monitor is also installed next to it. The monitor can adjust the diesel engine speed at any time, and display the relevant parameters of the diesel engine at all times. Users can also maintain the diesel engine according to the relevant parameters in the engine maintenance information column on the monitor.
